You can scan the QR code located on the cabinet using your camera or another scanning method. Next, you will need to register or log in to an account and provide a valid mobile phone number; you must then enter the one-time SMS verification code sent to that number. Once you are near a charging station, simply enter the station ID or scan the QR code to rent a power bank for your use. If you are looking for nearby charging stations, please consult the map displayed within the H5 system interface.
Like most traditional power banks, ours come with built-in Type-C and Micro USB and iOS cables. The cables can be found in a slot at the front side of the power bank. To use, press and pull the cable out and plug it into your phone. iOS cables can charge an iPhone, iPad, and iPod, Micro USB cables can charge an Android phone, camera, GoPro, wireless headphones, etc., while Type-C cables can charge newer Android devices. You can also use your own Micro USB cable to recharge the power bank if you’re not near a station.
To return the device, please insert the power bank into a slot on the Hala Charge charging station until you hear a distinct “click.” Please wait briefly for the H5 system screen to display your rental summary; if the summary does not appear, please use the customer service function within the H5 system to request assistance. Before returning the device, please ensure that you verify the Hala Charge logo to confirm that you are indeed using one of our company’s charging stations.
